Why do you want to work for us?

This question provides an opportunity for the interviewer to see that you are not just sending your resume to any job opening you find but instead have a genuine interest in the company. To prepare for answering this question think about the positive things that you like about the company such as its culture or products/services. Also reflect on your skills and experience to demonstrate how you would be a good fit.
